Most car buyers shop at a dealership they know or trust. When buying a spa, you should do the same thing. You should know how long the company has been in business. (A company that has been around likely has built its business on customer service). How many products/models are on display? (Companies that have committed a large volume of products to display are typically more successful and typically the companies that major manufacturers choose to do business with. They want a company that is stable and is willing to service their consumers and treat them with courtesy and respect. Like most businesses, the leaders of this industry got there for a reason and your satisfaction is important to them. Like many things in life, 80 percent of the business is done by 20% of the manufacturers (actually less than that in this case). There are over 100 manufacturers in the USA and Canada combined. Buying from one of the leaders, top 10 or 20 is highly recommended.
